Good data can help you make better decisions for your business. This applies to the used equipment end of your business, of course. But how do you tend to use data to look at used values?
Plastics were the one word future in 1967. Here in 2016 the one word future is drones. This is true even when it comes to the used farm equipment biz. What I’m seeing: In January and February 2016 there were very strong auction sale prices on good condition used farm equipment all over and many dealers aggressively cranking down used inventory levels. Stuff is moving.
Let's talk used hay equipment, specifically round balers. In 2015, auction prices held steady for used round balers in good condition, but a lot more showed up for sale. I mean a lot more.
