John Shearer, CEO of 4 Rivers Equipment, was installed as the AED chairman during a ceremony at the AED Summit held Jan. 15-17, in Las Vegas.;

The Far West Equipment Dealers Assn. (FWEDA) Board of Directors voted May 15 to finalize a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between FWEDA and the Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) detailing the terms of a merger between the two associations. The merger requires approval from FWEDA members.

Ken Taylor, President of Ohio Machinery Co. and AED 2022 chairman, testified before the U.S. House of Representatives Small Business Committee’s Underserved, Agricultural, and Rural Business Development Subcommittee on Sept. 14.
