Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) President and CEO Brian P. McGuire has sent letters to U.S. governors from states with significant exposure to Canadian trade urging action to resolve the ongoing U.S.-Canada trade impasse and restore a consistent, tariff-free trade relationship.

The focus of the conversation was on challenges facing farmers and ranchers, particularly the livestock industry, and policy solutions pursued by the Trump administration and Congress to provide certainty for the agriculture sector.
