While the full report offers a comprehensive overview of dealers and details on the businesses, for the purposes of this Special Report, Farm Equipment is extracting those select portions from the NAEDA Report on ag dealers which relate to compensation for 3 key roles for comparison: Starting Technician, Specialist Technician and Precision/GPS Sales & Support.
The 2025 NAEDA Compensation Survey questionnaire was emailed to equipment dealerships in the U.S. and Canada. A third-party research firm recorded individual dealership information confidentially and reported in aggregate. Overall, 444 dealerships’ data was included in the survey. These dealership groups represent 1,945 dealership locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. Descriptions for the various staff positions were provided in the survey questionnaire to assist respondents in classifying data input.
