Royal Reesink announced Friday it has bought a controlling stake in Hepson and has a partnership deal in place with the Kehler family, owners of GenAg. Hepson operates a dealership just north of Brandon; GenAg has two, one at Portage la Prairie and the other between Winkler and Morden.
Effective Nov. 1, 2017, Agriterra Equipment has purchased the assets of Dennills Agricenter (Vegreville and Dewberry) in central Alberta. With this acquisition Agriterra has contiguous coverage from Edmonton to the Saskatchewan border.
These dealerships serve a diverse customer base that includes growers of cotton, sorghum, citrus, produce and sugar cane in addition to ranchers, landowners and landscapers, small acreage farms and residential customers.
Through this acquisition, AgriVision Equipment will add 5 locations in Doon, Ireton, Lawton, Le Mars and Paullina, Iowa, to its 10 existing locations serving Southwest Iowa, Southeast Nebraska and Northwest Missouri.
