Midwest Machinery Acquires 4 Locations from Northwood and Evergreen Equipment

According to published reports, Northwood and Evergreen Equipment John Deere dealers have sold their four locations to Midwest Machinery of Glencoe, Minn. Midwest Machinery has dealerships in Glencoe, Howard Lake, Stewart, St. Cloud, Glenwood, Sauk Centre, Alexandria, Paynesville and Princeton, Minn., and has 170 employees. Northwood and Evergreen Equipment have four locations in Aitkin, Baxter, Little Falls and Pierz and has 60 employees.

Based on the results of the March 2013 'Dealer Sentiments & Business Conditions Update'? survey, a little over 20% of North American farm equipment dealers say their new equipment inventory is still too low, while 43% of dealers are reporting the used equipment backlog remains too high. The survey results were released last Thursday.
