His family business grew to five locations, and he helped lead the rental division to 20% year-over-year growth for eight consecutive years.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Micheal brings a disciplined, boots-on-the-ground approach to leadership. He's participated in industry peer groups and holds degrees in Communication and Corporate Finance from SUNY at Buffalo, combining real-world experience with a strong academic foundation.
