Most service managers think the only way to grow revenue is to hire more technicians. But in today’s market, finding skilled labor is a battle you can’t always win. What if you could unlock an extra $150,000 in annual labor revenue without adding a single person to your payroll?

It’s not a magic trick. It’s workflow discipline.

In this webinar, Clint Sanders, Director of Sales for DIS, goes deep into why workflows often fail, and how to fix the "leaks" in your service department

We aren't just giving you theory… we’re giving you a blueprint.

Here is What We Will Cover:

  • The Math of Efficiency: How small shifts in billable hours lead to massive year-end gains.
  • Technology as a Force Multiplier: Moving beyond paper to eliminate rekeying, automate customer updates, and gain real-time visibility.
  • The Culture of Accountability: Why workflow isn’t just software; it’s leadership. We’ll discuss the "Daily Review Rhythm" and how to build a transparent scoreboard.
  • DMS Integration: How to use service module workflows and analytics dashboards to create consistency across your shop.

If you're a service manager who's tired of watching revenue slip through the cracks of paperwork and poor communication, this one's for you.
