Swartzrock Implement Co., a single store New Holland dealership in Charles City, Iowa, has been named to New Holland’s President’s Club, one of the highest honors New Holland can bestow on a dealership.

New Holland President’s Club award winners achieve the highest levels of excellence in service, business management, sales, marketing and customer focus, parts and facilities.

“Last year, we were a Blue Ribbon dealer, which is a step down,” Steve Swartzrock told the Charles City Press. “This year’s award, the President’s, is the top tier — it’s tough.”

Swartzrock said they’d been working toward the award for the past 6 months and already have their eye on the award for next year.

“It just makes us better. It forces us to be a better dealership ...  it’s good for the customers, good for me, good for farmers,” he said.
