Canadian farm equipment dealership AgWest is breaking ground on 2 new facilities in the western Manitoba region of Canada, according to an update in the Manitoba Co-Operator. The report, published August 6, offers that buildings where construction had been put on hold have broken ground in Russell and Brandon and are expected to be completed in 2026.

The news story noted that the company — a farm equipment dealer of Claas, Fendt, MacDon among other brands with 6 locations in Manitoba and 2 in Saskatchewan — reported each of the new dealerships will enable faster and more efficient support in 2 of the province’s busiest agricultural regions. It added that the company confirmed its plans include capacity for increased service ability, parts storage and modernized workspaces.
