The full note reads as follows:

Dear Dealer Partner,

After 25 years of service with CNH I have decided that the time has come to embark on the next stage of my career, and therefore I am writing to inform you that my request to leave this great company later this year to pursue a new entrepreneurial project outside of the sector has been accepted. I will continue to work closely with Scott Wine, and subsequently with Gerrit Marx, our incoming CEO, to ensure a smooth and seamless transition through to my departure. My time with CNH has been immensely rewarding, and a large part of that is thanks to you, the world’s best agricultural dealer network. Together, we have accomplished much including strengthening our world-class brands, enhancing your distribution, and breaking new ground in terms of leading product and technology launches. Some of my most treasured memories will be of time spent together, with you and our customers – right across the world – and your truly inspiring commitment to driving this business forward.

Together we have paved the way for a brighter and stronger future, and our CNH team remains committed to partnering with you to continue this journey. Even though it will be from the outside, I will always follow with interest and an unbreakable sense of attachment everything you will accomplish.

Thank you for your many years of partnership, and I wish you great success for the future.

Neilson's resignation will be effective Sept 30., 2024, according to a May 31 SEC filing from CNH Industrial.
