The corporate management team at Van Wall Equipment gets together on a monthly basis to review each location’s performance. Each location — and each department within each store — is given a monthly budget. Each month the management team looks at how they did compared to the budget and compared the prior year. But as the dealership has grown, management has discovered that they need to look at more than just the numbers.
