Titan Machinery Inc, a network of full-service agricultural and construction equipment stores, announced it has entered into definitive purchase agreements to acquire Heartland Ag Systems, Heartland Solutions and related affiliates. 

Bottom Line Solutions will join forces with Lincoln-Precision, based in El Paso, Ill. The combination of these two companies will form one of the largest precision farming sales and services companies in the Midwest.

The acquisition expands Tellus Equipment’s footprint to 24 stores, while advancing the company’s growth plans in Texas.

The merger brings United Ag & Turf’s footprint to 65 John Deere Ag & Turf stores, plus an additional 14 locations of John Deere Construction & Forestry dealerships operated by its sister company, United Construction & Forestry.
