The Dealership Minds Summit was a one-of-a-kind conference and networking event for dealer-principals, top-level management and executives from farm equipment dealerships of all colors throughout North America.

“This new set of videos shot during the inaugural summit contains dozens of actionable ideas for dealers to improve their operations,” says Dave Kanicki, executive editor of Farm Equipment magazine. “Now, whether you were able to be a part of the live event or not, we are making some of the presentations available for dealers to go through at their own pace.”

The video series covers three separate Dealer-to-Dealer Panels held during the event: “Succession Planning,” “Myths and Misconceptions” and “The Numbers Side of Marketing.” Each of the dealers who spoke during the panel presentations are also a part of a select group, they are alumni of the “Dealership of the Year” program sponsored by Farm Equipment.
