This is what sets us and the manufacturers we represent apart from all others, our commitment to not only our dealers but to their customers. After all, customer satisfaction is our only policy. I am proud to be a part of a company that believes so strongly in taking care of the customer.

Busatis, Your Expert Partner for High-Performance Cutting Components
For over 135 years, we have been your expert partner for mowing and cutting technology in agriculture, construction and forestry. This tradition forms the basis of our innovation that dates back to when Busatis was founded in 1888 in Purgstall, Austria.
Made from the toughest materials on Earth, we create high-performance cutting components and hardfacing technologies for your professional use. Our core area of expertise involves technologies for wear-protection coatings (as BusaCLAD or BusaDUR), heat treatment, cold and hot forming, punching processes, grinding and mechanical machining on CNC centers.
We have been developing and innovating these coating technologies against abrasion, erosion and impact stress for more than 45 years, enabling solutions on customer request for wear parts used in high-performance machinery.
Busatis is a full range manufacturer. Production processes and coating technologies are performed in house. We are currently providing cutting and wear parts for self-propelled forage harvesters, combines, balers, feed mixers, cultivators and self-loading wagons.
Our company prides itself on our historic company culture, continuing a voluntary company fire brigade since 1940, a company orchestra since 1935 and our apprenticeship program in Austria. For the last several years, we have had many Bustatis apprentices complete the program with distinction and be honored at Lower Austria’s annual celebration.
Our North American distribution facility, Busatis Inc. is in Montgomery, Ill.

The Future of Agribusiness Is in the Room
Something’s shifting in agribusiness, and it’s happening fast. New technology, new capital, new players — the industry 10 years from now is being built right now, by people who are willing to get in the room and be part of it.
That’s exactly what we’re building toward at this year’s FEMA Marketing & Distribution Convention, October 27–29 in New Orleans. Our theme says it plainly: the future of agribusiness is in the room — will you be?
This year we’re doing something we’ve never done before. Alongside the dealer panels, peer groups and keynotes our members count on, we’re inviting ag-tech startups to pitch live in front of a room packed with venture capital, private equity and our membership — a real pitch contest, with real founders competing for real attention. University researchers are in the room too, making sure the next wave of ag innovation has a direct line to the people who’ll fund and use it.
This is what FEMA membership is about: not a name on a directory, but a seat at the table where the deals, partnerships and ideas that move this industry forward actually happen. We’re teaming up with other associations, opening doors our members couldn’t open alone and making sure the connections made in that room turn into real value back home.
New Orleans in October is going to feel different from past conventions. More energy, more new faces, more reasons to be there than ever. The future of agribusiness is showing up — don’t watch it happen from the outside.

Built to Last: A Legacy of Consistency
For nearly 6 decades, Grasshopper has built its reputation 1 season at a time. That success occurs not through slogans, but through consistency, and that word is the best one to describe Stan Guyer’s leadership.
As only the second president in our company’s history, Stan has led Grasshopper with the same steady hand his father modeled: long-term thinking over short-term wins, relationships over transactions and doing right by our dealers and their customers, year after year.
That consistency shows up in the numbers, not just the culture. Grasshopper has been honored with NAEDA’s Dealers Choice Award multiple times, and in the years we didn’t take the top spot, we still landed on the Gold list, which is recognition reserved for the top tier of manufacturers in the OPE segment. Looking deeper, an analysis of the past 14 years of industry surveys shows Grasshopper has maintained the highest average composite score of any manufacturer, across every category measured. That’s not a single good year, but over a decade of dealers telling us that consistently helps their dealership thrive.
We believe longevity is a two-way commitment. Dealers invest their name and customer relationships in the brands they carry, and they deserve manufacturers who invest just as much in return in the form of product quality, support and playing the long game together. Stan’s leadership has proven that this model works. As we look ahead, our goal remains the same: to be the partner dealers can build their business around, for good.
— Trent Guyer, VP of Marketing & Digital Strategy

Henry Repeating Arms: Tools of the Trade
For over 2 decades, we’ve produced firearms that farmers and ranchers trust. That trust wasn’t built with a marketing campaign, it was built one firearm at a time, and by us standing behind every one of them.
At Henry Repeating Arms, we build rifles, shotguns and revolvers with one question in mind: does this earn its place in our customers’ hands, whether that’s clearing ground squirrels from an irrigation line, standing guard over a calving pen or sitting in a case as the piece a collector has been chasing for years?
We don’t build firearms to be replaced, we build them to be handed down. Everything we make, in Rice Lake and Ladysmith, Wis., is made in America by American workers. The Henry you carry today should be the same Henry your grandkids carry, still smooth, still reliable, still doing the job it was built for. That’s a longer commitment than most companies make, and it shapes everything we do, from the materials we choose to the warranty we stand behind.
Every Henry comes with a lifetime warranty and my personal 100% satisfaction guarantee. If it doesn’t hold up, in the field or on the wall, we want to hear about it and make it right.
We build for the working farm and the serious collector, often the same customer, because both deserve a firearm made to outlive us.
— Anthony Imperato, Founder & CEO
Honoring the Legacy, Shaping the Future
In 1960, brothers Jerome and Maurice Grieshop started J&M Manufacturing in Fort Recovery, Ohio. They began by building 110-bushel gravity wagons and quickly earned a reputation for making dependable products and standing behind them. Today, J&M continues that tradition of quality, producing a wide range of agricultural equipment, including grain carts that hold over 2,000 bushels. Our equipment has changed, but our commitment to our customers remains the same.
In 1984, we built our first grain cart in hopes of creating the next big product in the J&M lineup. The first grain carts were side-fold carts, but Jerome and Maurice listened to customers and developed a new design: the patented front-fold auger. It was a revolutionary idea that helped J&M become a leader in the field, and it’s a design you’ve trusted for decades.
This month, J&M continues that legacy with the launch of two powerful new lineups engineered to maximize productivity during planting and harvest.
The 14-Series grain carts utilize a front fold design for 1,100-2,100 bushel sizes. These aren’t just new carts; they’re the largest and fastest single-auger grain carts in the world. With capacities from 1,100 to 2,100 bushels and an unload speed of over 900 bushels per minute, they set a new standard for efficiency and performance.
The new LX Series will be the best and easiest-to-use seed tenders on the market. An improved tank design and first-in-the-industry control advancements make planting easier and more efficient than ever.
While equipment needs have transformed over 66 years, J&M’s core commitment to American agriculture remains unchanged.

The Authority in Planter Attachments
Martin-till was started by Howard and Steve Martin in 1991 with a simple goal: build dependable attachments that help farmers succeed. Over 35 years later, we’re still chasing that same goal — now with the experience to back it up and a team that shares farmer’s passion for keeping planters running when it matters most. Because many of our employees are farmers themselves, we understand the need for planting equipment that delivers accuracy, reliability, efficiency and consistent performance when every acre counts. And after the acquisition by Yetter Manufacturing earlier this year, customers can expect continued support, expanded capabilities, enhanced manufacturing capabilities and ongoing innovation from the combined organization. Farming continues to change — and the equipment needs to be kept up. Tight planting windows, changing weather and variable field conditions make residue management and trench closing more challenging than ever. That’s why we build tools that adapt on the go, including adjustable frame- and row-mounted row cleaners, adjustable closing systems and WTS solutions.
And we’ve backed them with legendary durability: our hubs, wheels and bearings regularly outlast the competition. With in-house design and manufacturing, we can respond quickly when the field demands something new. No one in this space moves faster. And when the phone rings, we answer — because we believe the service after the sale is just as important as what came in the box.
Thanks for putting your trust in Martin-Till. When you sell our products, you’re not just ordering a tool — you’re offering your customer peace of mind.
— Tom Patterson, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Tillage Tools to Outlast Your Expectations
A few years ago, McFarlane Ag Mfg. reached out to a few groups of farmers to understand what was important to them when purchasing tillage tools. Results included: a desire to kick the tires, flexibility and adaptability, aid in understanding trends and challenges and expectations of tillage tool lifetime. We took those findings to heart and have been working to meet the needs of farmers across the country and globe.
Getting our tillage tools into the hands of the farmer before they purchase has been a priority for McFarlane Ag. We’ve implemented a robust demonstration program that works with our dealer network and customers to demonstrate the lineup of products we have to offer.
Although we have specialized for years in harrow manufacturing, McFarlane introduced the Universal Tillage line several years ago to meet the farmers desire for a singular tool for both Spring and Fall tillage. Our extremely popular Incite and Cobra models are great examples of how we saw a need and filled it with products that farmers wanted.
With the increasing usage of cover crops and tougher corn stalks, new tools were required to manage these crops without the need for additional equipment.
McFarlane again took that need and built our C3-7000 to help fill several needs with one efficient tool. It can crimp your cover crops, chop your corn stalks in the fall and condition your soil in the spring.
Tillage Tool Lifetime - McFarlane Ag has always prided itself on tillage tools that are built to last. Each product is backed by an aggressive warranty to demonstrate our commitment to manufacturing the most durable tillage tools on the market.
We’re not going to stop meeting the expectations of every farmer we meet!
— John McFarlane, President

Innovation That Creates Opportunity
Today’s agricultural producers and ag-retailers are business managers who make decisions based on efficiency and productivity. These businesses are increasingly collecting data to evaluate whether their inputs, labor hours and equipment investments provide returns.
Technologies that help manage costs and create value are earning increased attention, even in a cautious market. Equipment purchases are increasingly focused on outcomes rather than specifications.
Many successful dealers are adapting to this shift by creating opportunities for customers to see equipment performance firsthand and fostering partnerships with industry experts who can help validate those productivity improvement and ROI. These dealers recognize that helping customers understand the agronomic and economic impact of a technology is as important as explaining how it works.
Since 1978, Salford has strived to design equipment that helps producers improve productivity, efficiency and profitability. In recent years, Salford has released new products, including the HALO VRT, AB640, Precision Row Crop Cultivator and AB230CD, each of which earned an AE50 Award for innovation. While they serve different applications, they were designed around a common goal: helping ag businesses manage labor hours and input costs while delivering agronomic benefits through speed, durability and versatility.
Built on advanced manufacturing expertise and a culture of continuous improvement, Salford remains committed to supporting dealers with quality products and responsive customer support.
Looking ahead, we remain optimistic because producers, ag-retailers and equipment dealers continue to embrace technologies that improve profitability and stewardship, helping ensure a successful future for the industry.

An Opportunity to Improve Practices During Slow Times
Farm equipment dealers and manufacturers have faced real pressure from softer new equipment demand. Higher interest rates, lower commodity prices, inflation and weather challenges have all played a part. Yet slow seasons also create space to get better.
At Shop Dog Industries (SDI), we view these quieter periods as the ideal time to strengthen the foundation of the business. Since 2013 we have helped dealerships rethink inspection processes and adopt practical tools that raise efficiency, quality and safety in the shop. Our products are built specifically to make inspections more thorough and repairs more productive. The result is straightforward: more parts sales, more billable service hours and greater uptime for the customer — exactly what dealers need when new iron is moving slower.
Perseverance in this industry has never been about waiting for conditions to improve. It is about using the lull to refine systems, train people and invest in solutions that deliver returns when activity returns. SDI’s focus remains the same: affordable, purpose-built tools that help dealers turn service opportunities into lasting aftermarket growth.
During challenging times, it can be hard to know where to put limited resources. We are here to help you invest wisely in the practices and products that protect and grow your business when new-equipment sales soften.

Driving Growth Through Innovation, Product Development and Brand Expansion
Titan Specialty Division is accelerating growth through customer-focused innovation, faster product development and strategic brand expansion. Since joining the Titan family, the Titan Specialty team, formerly The Carlstar Group, has expanded and diversified the portfolio, strengthened customer relationships and enabled a longer-term approach to product development, technology investment and global market expansion. The combined portfolio positions Titan as a true “One Stop Shop” for OEM and aftermarket customers across agriculture, construction, powersports, lawn and garden and specialty markets.
A key growth driver has been the expansion of the Goodyear-branded portfolio. Products such as the Goodyear Softrac Pro have achieved strong market acceptance and significant OEM fitments. New products, including expanding our Goodyear portfolio, will further strengthen the brand in high-value specialty segments. Carlstar branded Versa Trac and Turf Armor have also expanded Titan’s lawn and garden offering while generating additional OEM opportunities.
Innovation remains central to Titan’s strategy. The Carlstar branded Ultra Guard Steel radial construction enables entry into high-performance skid steer tires, while agricultural innovations such as the Spyke closing wheel and Stubble Armor improve performance, durability and operating costs. In the lawn and garden segment our Variable Pressure Operation (VPO) technology further differentiates Titan by enabling tires to operate at zero pressure, with multiple OEM fitments beginning in fall 2026.
The acquisitionof the Carlstar Group has also created a platform for international growth, particularly across Latin America, while ITP products such as Savage, Kinetic, Workmate and Crosstrax continue to deliver strong results in powersports and recreational markets.
Collectively, these initiatives are expanding Titan’s addressable markets, strengthening customer relationships, increasing OEM penetration and creating a more differentiated and scalable business. Titan Specialty is increasingly positioned not simply as a component supplier, but as a strategic innovation partner capable of delivering sustainable growth.

What 30 Years in the Dealer World Taught Me
I grew up in an equipment dealership my grandfather started in 1931. My dad ran it after him, and I spent 30 years in the dealer association world before joining a software company. Today, I’m COO of Vi, the AI aftermarket platform built for equipment dealerships. When I say Vi is built by equipment dealers, for equipment dealers, I mean it from the inside out.
Technicians told us they’d spend 2-3 hours researching a single problem before they could even start the repair. Vi turns work order history and proven fixes shared across locations into answers in seconds, saving technicians a minimum of 30 minutes per day.
It’s not just technicians. With Vi, service writers quote with more confidence, parts staff identify the right part the first time, sales teams build stronger relationships with live specs and managers spot inefficiencies and track performance.
That efficiency shows up on the bottom line. Our industry loses about 8% of its skilled technicians to retirement every year. Vi gives newer technicians the confidence to fix it right the first time without years of mentorship, and it frees experienced techs from fielding questions so they can keep turning wrenches.
We also built StoryWriter Assistant, a Vi feature that turns rough technician notes into professional service stories in seconds, cutting story writing time by about 70%. It helps techs focus on fixing, while strengthening warranty and service documentation.
I’ve spent my whole career helping equipment dealers succeed. Vi is the tool I wish dealers had 30 years ago.
