On Wednesday night, a farmer in Alberta tweeted an unusual dose of heartfelt praise in our direction about his Massey Ferguson dealer, Trochu Motors. We told him to say hi to Jack & Landis Stankievech for us and the back-forth messages that ensued ended up with the sharing of “Our Dealer Story” podcast about the large, 1-store dealership. If you missed the podcast the first time, here’s the chat with Landis and the opportunity the Rhodes Scholar and global business consultant saw that caused him to leave his fast-track career to join the business in rural Canada.

When DTOM Veterans Ranch, a facility that offers therapy for veterans and their families, brought in a broken mower to RDO-Aberdeen for repair, team members realized the outlook was grim for the old rider. Instead, RDO Lead Service Manager, Dustin Stieha seized the opportunity to rally the Aberdeen team to provide a larger, better mower for DTOM Veterans Ranch: a new John Deere Z530M 60" deck zero turn mower.
