Bobcat 773 Skid-Steer Loader Helps Carmelite Nuns Restore Convent

The Discalced Carmelite Nuns in Prague have called their monastery home for more than two centuries. When they decided to move from central Prague to a new village east of the city, they were met with a few challenges.

The Carmelite Nuns chose a former farm in the village of Drasty, which has a history dating back to 1305. When they moved in 2018, they found a plethora of dilapidated structures and landscaping. The nuns have since transformed the farm into a new convent complex that will serve the people of the community. They chose to take on the work themselves, rolling up their sleeves and turning to the help of a Bobcat 773 skid-steer loader.

Another New Service Management Tool for Machinery Dealers

In this new podcast from Farm Equipment’s columnist Casey Seymour, dealers learn about a new service app/tool launched in March 24. Record360, which has a strong history in inspection and sales software for rental and heavy equipment, now offers ServicePro. In the podcast, Seymour probes into the system, designed to improving the service department workflow in equipment dealerships. Our editors got a private demo on Tuesday of our own from co-founder Damon Haber and it looks like yet another promising solution to the void left by the recent acquisitions of Agri-Sync and Modern. The video/photo tool promises to increase service efficiency for faster customer approvals to deliver greater revenue velocity, with seamless communications between farmer and technician, and tech and dealer staff on simple and easily integrated platform.
