In this week’s episode, I’m joined by brothers Ron and Don Parks from 1st Choice Farm & Lawn, a 4-store Kubota dealership based in Tennessee.

The brothers took over ownership of the dealership Ron had been working at in 2012 when they were 25, along with financial partners Roger and David Williams. In the last 8 years, they’ve added 2 locations and are building their 5th location outside of Memphis.
