Ag World Equipment and Ag Authority service manager got his start with the dealership, he had no ag experience and was hired as a pilot to fly parts and service techs out to customers who were large distances from the Kinistino, Sask., dealership. He's expanded his role, today serving as a manager, but the dealership still uses the plane to service customers.
