The service management course provides service management personnel the skill developmental training necessary to improve departmental proficiencies, profitability and aftermarket marketing. It is a curriculum-based learning path, delivered through three, 2-day modules. Each module is delivered by service department experts and will have post-course activities between modules. The post module activities enhance the learning process and solidify the concepts for real-world application and installation at the student’s dealership.
