The model 1017 incorporates a number of significant changes and improvements to the workhorse 917 rake. The 513 Heartlander rake is the newest addition to the line-up, offering 20-foot raking width (producing a 4-foot windrow), tight turning and easy in-field adjustments.

Nikkel Iron Works’ Nut Crowder was named a Top 10 New Product by World Ag Expo, Tulare. The Nut Crowder, patent pending, provides a simple solution to the challenge of lost crop – and lost revenue. This simple but effective implement gathers nuts from the end of each lane in the orchard and repositions the windrow for the trailing harvester to pick up.

The Nut Crowder was designed in response to input from nut growers who were frustrated with spillage at lane end that required hand labor to collect.
