Agri-Service, an AGCO dealer serving Idaho, Washington, Oregon and Wyoming, has acquired Deer Park Farm Center, Diesel & Machine and Walla Walla Farm Center.

The North Carolina-based dealers Charlotte Tractor and Lake Norman Tractor announced that the two are merging to become Highway Equipment & Tractor, a division of Highway Equipment Company. The new Kubota dealers are located on Starita Road in Charlotte and Statesville Road in Cornelius. 

Kenn-Feld Group and TTG Equipment will merge as TRULAND Equipment, the CEOs of the two companies announced Wednesday. The equal merger of the two John Deere Dealer groups is scheduled to occur on Aug. 21, 2023.

True Ag & Turf will acquire 3 existing AGCO dealers in Nebraska in a transaction expected to be effective in early July.

The new 38,000-square-foot Heyburn, Idaho, facility will be located on 12 acres of land and will replace the existing 60-year-old Heyburn location.

The former Midwest Truck Parts store in Dawson, Minn., helps Titan Machinery fill a gap in coverage for area farmers. The location will carry Case IH products.

John Deere dealer LandPro Equipment, which operates locations in New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio, recently announced the grand opening of its new store in Batavia, N.Y.
