Farm Depot, a growing AGCO dealer, is opening its third location in lower Michigan. The newest store for this Massey Ferguson dealership is in Ionia, Mich. It also has locations in Caro and Schoolcraft, Mich.

Brothers Mark and Mike Laethem are the third generation of the family to own and operate the dealership, which originally handled John Deere equipment. After losing their contract with Deere, Farm Depot hooked up with AGCO and now sells and services AGCO’s Massey Ferguson, Challenger and Fendt lines of tractors, along with AGCO’s RoGator and TerraGator sprayers, Wilmar products and White planters.

Farm Deport also handles several other equipment brands, including Kinze, Krone, Poettinger, JF Stoll, Kongskilde, Geringhoff, Hesston, Manitou, Gehl, Wacker-Neuson, Fast, Top Air, Parker, Amazone and Sunflower.

Brian Broyles is the general manager of the new Ionia location, which is located in the former Lowe’s building on M-66 south of Ionia at 2690 S. State Rd. The dealership is hosting an Open House on Thursday, December 5.
