Orthman Manufacturing has added two members to its growing dealer support network in the southern U.S.

Heath Carlton is the territory manager for Arkansas, Georgia, Alabama and Missouri. Bill Adams is a product specialist for dealers throughout Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Florida and North and South Carolina.

"We are building our organization throughout the country and internationally, and the addition of Heath and Bill will further strengthen our market share in the southern U.S.," said Orthman Vice President of Global Sales Justin Troudt. "We want to make sure dealers and producers have all the support they need."

Carlton grew up on a rice, soybean, milo and wheat farm in northeast Arkansas and holds a degree in business management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Prior to joining Orthman, he held high-level facility operations positions in the health care industry. In his new role, he will manage the Orthman dealer and distribution network in the region.

"Heath brings an exceptional level of professional experience to the team," said Director of Marketing Rod Haarberg. "This, combined with his agricultural background, will serve Orthman and our dealers very well."

Adams earned his master's degree in agricultural business from Arkansas State University and served as territory manager for the southeastern U.S. for Krone North America before coming to Orthman. As product specialist, he serves as the expert on Orthman products in his region, providing support and training to dealers and customers.

"Bill's background, education and experience make him a valuable asset for Orthman," Haarberg said. "Together these two men represent the kind of quality dealer support organization we seek to build."

Orthman manufactures the 1tRIPr, the world's most popular strip-till system, in addition to a full line of cultivators, planters, grain carts, listers, rippers and other agricultural equipment from its headquarters near Lexington, Neb.
