RDO Equipment Co. in Poway has been named by Strategic Feedback as one of the top six equipment dealer service departments in 2009.
RDO-Poway's service department ranks in the top 1% of more than 1,000 agriculture and construction equipment dealers, based on its customers' willingness to recommend the dealership to others.
Strategic Feedback, an expert in the customer feedback process, administers RDO Equipment Co.'s customer survey.
"Although the service department is being recognized as one of the elite departments in the country, Poway's customers already recognize the entire store is responsible for outstanding customer service," said Les Saylor, Vice President Southwest.
RDO Equipment Co. will be presented a plaque of excellence from Strategic Feedback on July 8, 2010. Several store team members will also be interviewed by Strategic Feedback on the importance of and best practices used in the customer survey program.
