From 2002 to 2020, Malcolm had responsibility for Dealer Strategy & Performance and was heavily involved in the Deere Dealer network transformation during that time. After retiring from Deere in 2020, Malcolm has consulted with dealers, OEMs, and most recently as an Operating Partner with Franchise Equity Partners (FEP), a provider of capital to dealers and franchises across many industries, including Ag Dealers.
