Schaumburg, Ill. — Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) announced that Kevin Clark has joined the AED Board of Directors as an At-Large Director, effective August 2026.
Clark is president and CEO of AKRS Equipment Solutions, a 27-location John Deere dealership. There he serves agricultural customers throughout Nebraska. A lifelong Nebraskan with deep ties to agriculture, Clark brings broad executive experience to the AED Board, with a career spanning equipment distribution, manufacturing, transportation, finance and consumer products.
“The AED board has a legacy of ensuring the equipment industry remains strong and vibrant,” Clark said. “It is an honor to join the ranks and bring my experience and expertise to the board and its greater mission of making sure members are heard from and supported.”
Over the course of his career, Clark has worked in more than 25 countries, developing a global perspective on business strategy, operations, organizational leadership, and customer service. At AKRS, he leads one of the region’s largest agricultural equipment organizations, with a focus on long-term growth, operational excellence, and supporting the customers and communities the company serves.

Clark earned his undergraduate degree in business and commerce from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and his MBA in finance from DePaul University in Chicago.
