New Windsor, Md. – Hoober, Inc., a Case IH dealer with locations in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia, recently announced that John Tice, Jr. has been named the store manager at the dealership’s New Windsor, Md.,location.

In his role, Tice will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of store operations work together to provide excellent customer service and product support, as well as providing leadership for the New Windsor team.

“I’m really looking forward to working with the farmers, customers, Hoober staff, and other members of the ag community,” said Tice. “It all starts with supporting our customers and I like that Hoober believes in going above and beyond to satisfy the customer.”

Tice currently resides in Middletown, Md., and brings extensive business experience to his new role. He spent 20 years with Central Tractor Farm and Family Center where he held numerous roles including Store Manager, District Manager, and lastly Director of Operations for 350 locations. John spent the last 19 years working for NAPA Auto Parts where he held the positions of Loss Prevention Manager, District Operations Manager, and Area Manager.

In conjunction with the hiring of Tice, Brian Gott – formerly the New Windsor store manager, has transitioned into a corporate service support position. Brian’s 30 years of experience at Hoober including roles as a Service Technician, Service Manager, and most recently Store Manager, will be invaluable in his new position. Brian brings extensive service knowledge and will be supporting all Hoober stores and technicians in the areas of technical information support, tooling and supplies, technician development, and service administration.
