He shares innovative ideas auto dealers use to drive sales, including “club” arrangements, in-house captive insurance companies and finance arms. Although not many farm equipment dealerships are using these kinds of strategies, Schwander thinks they may offer an edge for those companies that are willing to think outside the box.
