When Canadian fertilizer companies Potash Corp. and Agrium complete their merger, they will have created one of the largest nutrient companies in the world with nearly $21 billion in annual revenue.

According to a Sept. 12, 2016 report in the Wall Street Journal, the combined company will have nearly 20,000 employees and an enterprise value, including debt, of about $36 billion. Potash shareholders will own about 52% of the new company and Agrium shareholders will own about 48%.
