A large number of corporate farms in Kern Machinery's AOR means knowledge related to how to run new technology on equipment has to be brought all of the way to a number of different operators who may be operating a piece of equipment. Charlie Moe, corporate aftermarket manager with Kern Machinery of Bakersfield, Calif., shares efforts the dealership has made to train all levels of employees at the corporate farms so they are comfortable with the equipment.
