MOLINE, Ill. — Deere & Co. (NYSE: DE) has completed the sale of its crop insurance business to Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Co. of Iowa (FMH). In December, Deere announced a definitive agreement with FMH to sell the business. The sale includes both John Deere Insurance Co. and John Deere Risk Protection Inc.
