One complaint Orthman has heard with traditional irrigation-pivot track fillers is sidewall compaction can still be an issue from the pivot track. The Orthman Track Tiller aims to address that problem. With a heavy duty frame to penetrate the soil, it uses 2 notch blades to throw dirt back in the track, while the track packer creates a firm base for the pivot to ride on. The adjustable disc blades condition the soil around the pivot track a little wider than most track fillers to level the field out, and the baskets also help level the soil.
