Covering the basics of financial management, you will use a case study and team-based assignments to strengthen your financial understanding. You will learn how to make more informed decisions by analyzing and extracting data from key financial statements. In addition, you will establish a foundation of financial terminology that you can use to better communicate the financial goals and performance of your area to outside sources, such as your chief financial officer (CFO).
