The Dealers of Tomorrow programs are planned by dealers for dealers. This year's program will focus on your aftermarket: Improving inter-departmental cooperation to improve customer satisfaction and profitability. We'll devote time to learning about creating a great customer experience. And, we'll have an update on legislation and the economy. Once again, participants will have the opportunity to attend a major league baseball game. Plan to attend this informative program in either Kansas City or Arlington, Texas (June 20-21).
