The OPTIMIZER was designed by farmers, for farmers. Double-cropping dairymen need a quick turnover time between harvest and planting. Labor costs have increased. Multiple tillage passes can lead to overly compact subsoils and an excess amount of fine particles.
Increases in horsepower finally made it possible for production of the flagship OPTIMIZER 5000, the first of the 18-ft-wide super heavy-duty, true one-pass implements produced by Tillage International. This was closely followed by the Model 2500.
Now produced by Tillage Management, Inc., the 18-ft-wide Model 4000 and 12-ft-wide Model 2000 offer true one-pass tillage for open fields. Utilizing the same principles developed over several decades of research and development, Orchard and Vineyard models are now joining the product line-up.
Utilizing feedback from longtime customers and testing extensively in fields across California and the West, our engineers seek to keep OPTIMIZER farmers in their tractor cabs and out of their repair shops. Low maintenance and consistent performance guide our custom part design. Wear parts are built and frames are assembled in-house by the Tillage Management shop team, ensuring the the fitment and quality of our products.
Longtime farmer, dairyman, and contractor, Mark Hoffman, brings his field experience and his three children to work in operation, design, and field testing tillage equipment.
Tillage Management, Inc. is proud to serve its local farmers in Tulare County as well as its customers across the U.S. and the world.
