Zach Hetterick

Zach Hetterick began his career behind the parts counter at a John Deere dealership and later became a territory account manager for a Caterpillar ag dealer. He went on to hold multiple territory and senior leadership roles at AGCO and Case IH before serving as CEO of an 11-location farm equipment dealership. Today, Zach helps heavy equipment dealers unlock their potential through consulting, training and development programs, dealer group facilitation and one-on-one coaching, delivered through his company, Harvesting Potential Coaching & Consulting, a member of the Machinery Advisors Consortium (MAC).
