Quality Equipment, a John Deere Ag & Turf dealer group, has purchased the assets of Gay Implement Company in Seaboard, NC. In addition, the Perry Family (owners of Gay Implement) reinvested into Quality Equipment, LLC, becoming one of the business' valued ownership partners.

On July 15 and 16, Middletown Tractor Sales (MTS), a John Deere dealer, celebrated its 70th anniversary and the grand opening of its new location in Buckhannon, West Virginia. 

United Ag & Turf, a 31 location John Deere dealership, headquartered in Bryan, Texas has completed the acquisition of Fish & Still Equipment, a John Deere Dealership, with locations in Nacogdoches, Marshall, Henderson, Crockett, and Lufkin, Texas.

Titan Machinery Inc, a network of full-service agricultural and construction equipment stores, announced it has entered into definitive purchase agreements to acquire Heartland Ag Systems, Heartland Solutions and related affiliates.
