Titan Machinery announced it has entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire J.J. O’Connor & Sons Pty. Ltd., the largest Case IH dealership group in Australia, for $63 million in cash.
The former Midwest Truck Parts store in Dawson, Minn., helps Titan Machinery fill a gap in coverage for area farmers. The location will carry Case IH products.
