First quarter 2025 net sales of $391.0 million declined 8.1% compared to $425.6 million in the first quarter of 2024. Gross profit of $102.8 million or 26.3% of net sales declined by $8.8 million as a result of lower net sales, however, gross margin improved by nearly 10 basis points, compared to the same period of the prior year. 

Revenue for the first six months of 2024 was $149.4 up $25.8 from 2023.

For the first quarter of fiscal 2025, revenue increased to $628.7 million compared to $569.6 million in the first quarter of last year.

For the first six months of the year, net income attributable to Deere & Company was $4.121 billion.

In its 4Q23 earnings release on Feb. 6, AGCO reported net sales of $3.8 billion for the fourth quarter of 2023, a decrease of 2.5% compared to the fourth quarter of 2022.

Third quarter revenue of $297.2 million increased by 2% on a year-over-year basis.
