Novariant, Inc., a leading provider of precision positioning and intelligent machine control systems, today announced that Herb Satterlee, CEO, will be leaving the company, effective immediately.

Dr. Michael O’Connor, a Novariant co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, will take over as company CEO.

He led the way in expanding the company’s business and leaves Novariant in excellent financial condition. With the recent launch of the OnTrac2 and ParaDyme products, as well as our strong industry partnerships, I have never been more optimistic about the future of the company.”
