Ronnie Holt, age 75, of Hopkinsville, passed away surrounded by his family on Friday, Sept. 11, 2026, at his home of natural causes. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with Brother Jimmy Stewart and Brother David Harrison officiating and burial to follow in Lakeview Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be that day at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the service hour at 2:00 PM. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.

Mr. Holt was born in Hopkinsville, KY, on Oct. 10, 1950, the son of the late Chester and Carrie Elizabeth McCargo Holt. Ronnie worked in Farm Sales and retired from Martin Industries. He was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church where he was a Deacon and served as the chairman for the Deacons for many years. He had recently been attending Concord Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Robert Ellis Holt and his granddaughter, Gracey Jane Holt.

Survivors include his beloved wife of almost 52 years, Brenda Holt of Hopkinsville; his son, Shane (Cappy) Holt of Elkton, KY; his sister, Joyce Oliver of Auburn, KY; and his grandson, Noah David Holt of Falls Church, VA.
