GRAPEVINE, Texas – Kubota Tractor Corporation today announced the appointment of Charlie Kowalski as Vice President of Information Technology for its U.S. operations. In this role, he will lead the company’s enterprise technology strategy and IT organization, supporting continued growth and operational excellence.
Kowalski brings extensive experience leading global enterprise application ecosystems and large-scale transformation initiatives across Fortune 500 organizations, including Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo and ServiceNow. He has a strong track record of modernizing enterprise systems, strengthening operating models and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, reliability and speed to market.
At Kubota, Kowalski will focus on advancing enterprise platforms and capabilities by optimizing performance across people, processes, and technology through automation, integration and simplification. He will oversee key initiatives spanning ERP (including SAP), supply chain systems, IT service management and HR platforms, helping to further align technology with business strategy.

Most recently, Kowalski served as Senior Director of Product and Enablement at ServiceNow. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, where he led global IT operational excellence initiatives, and at PepsiCo, where he advanced enterprise SAP solutions and supply chain transformation programs.
