CARY, N.C., June 30, 2026 — VitalEdge Technologies, a leading global provider of dealer management solutions for the heavy equipment industry, today announced the appointment of Theresa Thomas as Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, effective June 29.
Thomas brings more than two decades of experience building partner programs, channel strategies and high-performing teams that support business growth in the software space. In her new role, she will lead VitalEdge’s partnerships strategy, including technology alliances, ecosystem development, channel relationships and partner-led growth initiatives. She will work closely with VitalEdge’s product, sales, marketing and customer teams to expand a trusted partner ecosystem that helps equipment dealerships connect the critical technologies they rely on every day.
As equipment dealerships continue to modernize, partnerships are becoming increasingly important to how dealers evaluate, adopt and connect technology across their businesses. Dealers rely on ERP, DMS, rental, analytics, OEM, payments, tax automation, cybersecurity and other systems to run daily operations. VitalEdge’s partner strategy is focused on bringing trusted technology providers into a connected ecosystem that extends the value of its dealer management platforms while supporting the operational reliability dealers expect from mission-critical systems.

Most recently, Thomas served as Vice President of Partnerships at Wolters Kluwer Financial & Corporate Compliance, where she led strategic alliance and affiliate programs.
Her career includes extensive experience building indirect channels, developing scalable partner programs and aligning partnerships with customer and revenue growth. VitalEdge’s Partner Program connects technology providers with the VitalEdge platform ecosystem to deliver integrated solutions for equipment dealerships. The program supports a range of partner relationships, from customer-requested integrations to deeper strategic relationships involving certification, joint go-to-market collaboration, partner visibility, and ongoing ecosystem engagement.
