Norman, Okla. — Great Plains, a Kubota dealership headquartered in Norman, Okla., has completed the acquisition of Arnett New Holland, Inc., a 2-store New Holland & Kubota dealership group with locations in Arnett and Enid, Okla. The acquisition of ANH was completed on April 22, 2024.

Today, Great Plains is among the largest Kubota dealerships in the United States and serves its customers with ten stores across Oklahoma. "We are excited to expand our footprint to these markets, where we have an opportunity to serve the production agriculture sector. We look forward to continuing to build a world-class organization that delivers unparalleled service and superior product support to our customers," said Will Clark, Chief Executive Officer of Great Plains.

Clark also thanked Jennifer Miller Gantt, Chief Financial Officer of ANH, for her hard work and commitment to her community over these years. "Taking care of the ANH employees, who are the lifeblood of the business, is our top priority. They have the relationships with our new customers, and that's really what we are about: relationships, not transactions," said Clark.

"The Millers are incredibly excited to have found a continuation for our business that lives by the same motto the company was founded on 50 years ago: "Our Family Helping Yours." This dedication to the customers and employees made Arnett/Enid New Holland and Kubota a strong force in the Tri-State area. It will continue to strengthen as Great Plains moves into the future. Our employees have always been our strength. Those strengths and compassion for our customer base just got put on steroids!" says Gantt.

Founded in 2004, Great Plains has grown from a single dealership to Oklahoma's largest Kubota dealer and one of the top dealerships in the United States. The company has been on a historic growth trajectory, adding six stores in the last four years.
