After Richard Bryan’s father fell ill, the then 28-year-old Richard Bryan took the reins of a 100-year-old, $120 million car and truck dealership in the U.K. that was losing $3.5 million a year.   With help from a coach and mentor, Bryan defined his role as a leader, forged a team of trusted A-Players and learned the art of succession planning. The business not only survived, but thrived, with the addition of 6 more dealerships.

  

After 10 years as CEO, the U.K. native sold the business to another dealer group. Today, the  Colorado-based author, speaker and coach helps execs build and refine high-performing teams across various sectors, including ag machinery dealers. A favorite at national dealer meetings for his practical methods to “bust through the wall” of their stagnating sales performance, Bryan is making his first appearance before dealers of all colors at the DMS.
