BROOKFIELD, WIS.   Nov. 15, 2021

Farm Equipment magazine has announced a new partnership with MacDon Industries to release video replays of all general sessions from the 2021 Dealership Minds Summit.

Held in Omaha, Neb. on Aug. 3-4, the 2021 Dealership Minds Summit focused on the theme “Developing Your Homegrown Talent” to help provide expert insight and best practice ideas on how to tackle the workforce development issues that are affecting the entire industry.

“I heard from attendees first-hand how their workforce issues are a growing concern and how the sessions at this year’s event provided them with actionable takeaways to take back to their business,” said Kim Schmidt, executive editor. “After the event ended, and through conversations, we realized the content needed to be shared on a wider basis.”

The sold-out 2021 Dealership Minds Summit brought together the top minds from across the U.S. for discussions on how to cultivate a development culture, identify and prepare the next generation of leaders, build a strong foundation for young employees, and much more.

The information shared at the 2021 Dealership Minds Summit and Farm Equipment’s ability to reach the entire North American farm equipment community was key to MacDon’s interest in sharing these concepts with the industry, said Gene Fraser, Vice President of Business Development for MacDon Industries.

"I am on a workforce development committee in North America and get to hear the challenges firsthand," said Fraser. "Farm Equipment's approach to delivering information on these critical industry-wide topics is awesome. The decision to support in helping the entire industry understand — and work together on these challenges — was easy."
