In March 2019, two of AgriVision Equipment’s stores were destroyed in flooding. CEO Jeremy Ostrander and COO/CFO Steve Mead share how the employees and customers pulled together to get the two stores cleaned up and also back up running, including making use of two customers’ on-farm shops. Despite the challenges the flood brought on, the dealership pushed ahead on technician hiring plans.
