Brothers Tom, Rob and Teddy Rosztoczy, along with their mother Diane, sat down Alan Stenum from the Farm Equipment team in their Avondale, Ariz. Originally called Arizona Machinery, the family shares the story of how the dealership became Stotz Equipment, including how their father — Ferenc Rosztoczy, a Hungarian immigrant who was a chemist, came to run the business. Ferenc passed away in 2017, but the impact he had on his family and the family business can be heard in how his family remembers him.
Today, the dealership has 25 locations across Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico and California.
Tom Rosztoczy says of the working relationship he has with his brothers, Rob and Teddy, and their late father Ferenc.
“I think we all kind of feel like our family relationships are normal, but when I talk to other people, I realize our family relationships are not normal. The fact that the three of us brothers now work together and are very happy working together and worked with our dad for a long time before he passed — and it was all good ad comfortable and healthy,”
