Gehl's RT215 Track Loader features a hydraulic pilot control joystick that gives the operator true one-to-one proportional control over the drive system. The joystick is mounted to the cab seat for added legroom, while heavy-duty seat suspension reduces fatigue.

The RT215 has a 72 horsepower engine; rated operating capacity of 2,150 pounds; operating weight of 9,900 pounds; maximum hinge pin height of 128 inches and 12.7 inch ground clearance.

The Loader’s IdealTrax saves on maintenance and track replacement costs by automatically tensioning the tracks upon engine start-up and operation, eliminating over-tensioning and extending the life of the tracks by 15%. Track tension is released when the engine is turned off, reducing strain on the sprockets and bearings. There is no need for manually tensioning the tracks and changes in the field are quick and simple.

An IdealAccess fold-up door provides easy access to the cab and keeps the machine height several inches lower than the competition. HydraGlide allows the lift arm to "float" when transporting loads, minimizing loss of material while providing a smoother ride. Additional self-leveling lift action keeps the attachment level as the lift arm raises and lowers.
